  • How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

    Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you are dissatisfied with the Sloppy Kiss Cards Business Service for any reason, you will receive a full refund provided you cancel your account and request a refund within 30 days of the activation of your account and you have not violated our Terms of Service. No refunds are available after 30 days. The money back guarantee does not apply when you reactivate an existing account.

  • What pet breeds do you offer for personalizing the ecards?

    We offer over 150 pet breeds. See the full selection of dogs, cats and other pets.

  • What ecards are included with the pet business ecard service?

    We offer a wide selection of dog, cat and pet ecards that are also offered on the regular Sloppy Kiss Cards site. To view these ecards just select the dog ecards, cat ecards or pet ecards tab above. In addition, we offer a selection of pet business reminder and note ecards that are exclusive to the pet business ecard service.

  • Can I change plans at any time?

    Yes, just visit the "Account" section and then select the plan you would like to switch to from the drop down menu.

  • Do I have to sign a long term contract?

    No. The Sloppy Kiss Cards Business Service is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

  • What web browsers work with Sloppy Kiss Cards?

    We currently support Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 4 or higher, Safari 4 or higher, and the most recent version of Chrome.

  • What support options do you offer?

    Whenever you have a question, concern or need help just email Nicole (the owner of Sloppy Kiss Cards) through the contact form. Nicole provides personalized email support to all of her customers. You will also find a detailed and ever-growing FAQ. Nicole does not currently offer phone support because she is unable to be available 24/7 by phone. However, she makes it a priority to respond as quickly as possible to all questions.
