 Happy Camper Camper is a black and tan Norfolk Terrier. He was born on 2/27/2006. He was the runt of the litter and his brother always beat up on him. His brother finally found a new family and went to his new home. Camper was now alone and started to blossom. I had always seen something in him and knew he was special..what I didn't know was how SPECIAL! Camper went to a great home with a little boy and a young girl. He loved his new family. I told the family that Camper was a special guy and that if he turned out like I thought he might, he could get his Champion certificate. As he developed he just got better and better. So the first dog shows came up and we entered Camper. Not expecting him to do much, but to participate more for practice, Camper entered the ring and won Best of Breed on his very first day. The second day of the dog shows he won Best of Breed again, and because they had a special Bred By Exhibitor class, he went to the Terrier Group to compete against all the other terriers that had won that day. Camper then won a Group First and went on to compete in the Best In Show competition. This was only his second day of ever having been in a show ring and he was only 15 months old! This is a picture of his Group First Award. Camper received his Championship in only 7 shows.
